Hello everyone,
I am working as an HR Executive. Management has asked me to take daily work reports from all the employees, including Facade designers, Accountants, Billing team, Purchase executives, Store executives, Production team, Site supervisors, Admin, and Receptionist.
Additionally, management has requested next month's Action plan from employees and to ask them to self-evaluate their work and rate their performance.
I need to analyze and provide feedback based on their daily work report. Please guide.
