Dear colleagues,

we are seriously concerned that the covid -19 infection spreads widely and it is high time we need to be very alert so as safeguard ourselves against this pandemic in overall interests:

Realizing the seriousness of the situation and as a pro active way , we have made arrangements to enable you to work at home as working at office involves risks of exposure .

Although you have been working at home , we would still appeal to you to be more alert and strictly adhere to the following guideline

Avoid close contact with people who

are sick.

If you are sick, keep your distance from others.

Stay home when you are sick.

Stay home from errands when you are sick to prevent spreading your illness to others.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

Germs are often spread when a person

touches something that is contaminated

with germs and then touches his or her

eyes, nose, or mouth.

Cover your mouth and nose. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue

when coughing or sneezing to prevent

those around you from getting sick.

Clean your hands : Washing your hands often for 20 seconds will help protect you

from germs.

If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol based hand-rub with at least 60% Ethyl Alcohol.

Practice other good health habits.

Do Yoga or exercises daily to keep fit and do practice walking within your doors if space is available or get do so in your housing colony or gated community were walking rings are available providing you maintain social distancing /face masking

Use regular household cleaning

spray or wipe to clean and disinfect

frequently touched objects and surfaces at home including your work room.

Follow the CDC's recommendations for

using a face mask.

Wish you all the best of health and work contribution at your comfort.

We are sure we would soon come out of this impasse situation and back to normalcy

with warm regards
