Hello, My mom went through a surgical operation from an esic hospital as she is covered under esic. She got discharged from hospital and is called for followup after 3 days.We have to apply for the sickness benefit to esic office. When we asked the esic dept in hospital, they told will provide medical ND fitness certificate on the day of followup and after that we can apply for sick leave from esic office.. Is it true..plz help
