I have few queries:-
1. I am under west bengal ESIC, my question is that if I want to admit in private hospital for my inconvenience and I dont want any money or any maternity benefit from ESIC then what will be the procedure?
2. Shall I get the maternity paid leave after then from ESIC in spite of not admitting ESIC hospital?
Please reply.

Utilizing the ESIC leave or not is your's choice but you may not be getting any benefit form ESIC if you are not reporting and obtaining necessary certificates form them, as you are covered under ESIC scheme hence you are not eligible for the benefits under maternity benefit act. I suggest to submit all related documents to ESIC, obtain the ESIC leave so that you will get the financial benefit as well as you are under ESIC (Maternity ) leave in your office records.
You can choose the treatment part but ESIC is not going to reimburse the treatment expenses until & unless they refer.

No basically I have made my mind from the first trimester that I have to do all the arrangements by my own and I am not going to take any reimbursement for that. But what I want is only paid maternity leave which is the utmost necessary for me. In what way I could get I just dont know.

You may take treatment out of the ESIC's hospital.
In such case you have to inform your local dispensary doctor.
Doctor will issue you medical certificate with leave approval.
But, doing so, will nullify your chance to get cash benefit for medical treatment from ESIC.
Although, you will get cash benefit for your absenteeism/leave for up to Six months from ESIC ( if you fulfill eligibility criteria).
