Here by I am attaching the KLWF Form D. It suites for Both Factories and Shops and Establishment. Last date for LWF Payment is 15th Jan 2020. Employees contribution 20rs and Employer contribution 40rs. Total 60rs for Each employees we have to pay. From December 2019 Attendance, we have to take employees count.
