Dear All!!!!
I am working in a manufacturing company in the payroll dept.We have three types of staff, Office staff, store staff and the workers.The workers are only entitled to have the overtime.Can any body help me put with a formula to calculate the overtime for the workers. I am trying to make a system in excel to calculate the leaves, late coming attendance etc. But only in calculating the overtime of the workers am not been able to do that.Would be very grateful if any body kindly help me out from this situation.

Hello Soumibh,
In such a situation excel would help you little and is not up-gradable enough as well. Instead you can go in for a payroll software that can manage and automate payroll processes such as attendance and overtime management. Click on the links given below in the signature and try it for free.

This is Manjunath I have doubt regarding Payroll earlier I worked as a Sr Executive Payroll using of Saral Paypack and left that organization but currently where i am working that company using Tally ERP 9 version for payroll process and is it helpful in future carrier HR ? and i want grow my carrier as a HR generalist... please let me know.
