Can the job duties of the accountant on offer letter and experience letter be the same?

The Job Duties or Roles & Responsibilities can be mentioned in the offer letter. But i dont think it should be mentioned in the Experience Letter.
If an employee needs roles & responsibilities verified by the organization. Then the organization need to give a seperate letter mentioning their Roles & Responsibilities, Work Hours & CTC.
