I have an issue with my previous company bonus they are showing bonus amount in my pay slip monthly bonus as 800. Whereas my gross salary was 22980.
Now I had been resigned in last month that is sept 2018 & now in this month existing employees got bonus ( they are not giving 8.33 % calculation basis they paid full gross salary as bonus). So, as I am left employee they are not paying any bonus to me in my F & F how I need to proceed on this please guide me.
