The employee has to provide his/ her previous EPF details to present employer, at the time of joining the new establishment EPF for ease of linking the account, but as you have failed to do so, please file transfer claim in form 13, duly signed by either previous employer or present employer to EPF office,
after getting a fresh UAN in present employment, employer has no role to submit or execute your transfer claim.
you can use the online service of one employee one EPF portal also, provided all details match of member in both establishments, as Name, Relation name, Relation, DOB and the present UAN is KYC compliant.

Thanks......today i have submit to form 13 with signature to the previous employer and also register pf claim trf through online basis.
