I want to get EPF Benefit but employer not interested to do so - will I be eligible?

I have joined on 01/10/09 with consolidate remuneration of RS.11040/-. My remuneration has been revised @ RS.17220/- per month on 01/ 01/12...
Now I get RS.26340/- as consolidate remuneration... From joining to till now I have not get any EPF benefit... I want to get EPF Benefit but employer not interested to do so... will I be eligible for EPF facility... Sir please guide.

discuss with HR or management, as it is above the ceiling limit and can be applicable only if both parties are agreed

Sir I want to contribute up to EPF CELLING LIMIT... though my remuneration is higher than celling limit..
Is there any government notification in support of my claim..if so please help me to provide this govt order
