It has been more than 50 days since I was relieved from my company after completing 4 years, 8 months, and 20 days. My accounts manager informed me that gratuity has been applied for, and he is currently awaiting it from LIC. I would like to understand if I need to fill out and sign any forms to apply for gratuity, or if the responsibility lies with the employer to handle this process.
