I am sandeep working in automotive manufacturing industry, we have 2 company with same name in haryana both are infront of each other dividing by road, we have EPF Code of first company i want to know whether we need another PF Code of 2nd company or we can use as a SUB -UNIT. all employees PF registration is in first company but 25 employees are now working in 2nd.
Kindly help me what should do .
