I am new in hr Field and for all this topic. To explain to the employees about flexible pay, i have to give presentation on it, to understand them what this is and how it is beneficial for them. please let me know how to make it more effectively.

Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) in salary break-up aims primarily at tax savings. It requires the apportionment of the total salary among various components which are exempt from income tax fully or partially to some extent so as to ensure a higher take home. At the same time it also requires periodical submissions of bills on actual expenses later failing which the entire sum thus sanctioned can be recovered in full or tax would be levied and deducted depending upon the policy of the organization. Therefore unless and until, the flexible structure you propose is known in absolute terms job-position wise, the viewers can not offer their suggestions to make it more effective.
