In which institution are you doing your MBA and in which mode? Have you completed a module on Research Methodology? Have you any previous work experience? Have you access to any BPO to conduct your study? Have you got a project guide?
Before selecting a project topic, you need to study some scholarly articles available on the web. This will help you to decide what others have done, where, and how, and any limitations that will affect the successful completion of your project.
