Hi,
I am working in Real Estate Consulting company based in Pune, Maharshtra. It was Pvt Ltd company before which is now renamed to LLP company. There is new policy which is being implied and it states that the number of working day per day will be 9 Hr from 10 AM - 7 PM. And working will be 6 days a week. Total working per week is going to be 54 Hr.
I tried searching on forum, most of them says, 9 Hr a day and 48 Hr a week is maximum. I want my company to follow proper law so it will be in favor of employees health and mental state.
Please someone provide me proper PDF and government website link for this law and guide me. Need answer today as this will be applicable from 1st of Jan 2018 :(

Hi Mr.Neroyoung,
As per government rules per week 48 hours, Maximum 60 hours in an week. Aftere 48 hours we should pay double the salary/Wage to the employees. Its depends organisation. Some of organisation they will fix as 8 hours a day and more than 12 hours they will work. If employees work more than 12 hours company will pay other allowances like food, Stay, OT etc,..
In this situation HR We should adjust/Manage some of things Confidentially..
Thanks & Regards,
