Dear All,
I would like to know what is the minimum amount of Medical and conveyance allowance we have to give to an employee. To my knowledge, i know that 1250/- rs medical and 1600/-rs. conveyance is the maximum limit for TDS exemption. But, can i give conveyance and medical of any amount?
Please guide.
