We are establishment in Bombay. Right now as per our HR Policy only 30 days can be accumulated and leaves beyond that is getting lapsed.
Now Management is asking us to totally abolish the accumulation of leave. Is it legal? Kindly explain

Under Bombay Shops Act leave accumulation up to 42 days is mandatory as per section 35 (b).
