My name is Lucky Mehta. I have join a IT company as HR Executive, in IT park Chandigarh. I am the fresher in HR have some knowledge of hr functions but less in practical, so i need your in various issues like
1. Joining formalties of new employers.
2. exit formalties
3. Forms for PF and ESIC for new joinee
4. how i calculate and keeping record of attendence and how make salary
5. how is measure PMS and maintain MIS reports.
6. after making salary how i forward to HR manager or account department. through mail or in some other way.
