Hello all
I need suggestion to following things ( FMCG industry based at gujarat)
1) can we maintain muster roll in electronic form i.e in excel ?
2) can we maintain wage register in systematic electronic form? and is signature required of employee whose salary is credited in bank a/c?
3) how to fill FORM NO. 14 (Prescribed under Rule 87 Notice of period of work for adult workers ????
kindly provide details in above points asap

Dear Mr.Imran,
1-2-First of all check notification in your state regarding electronic muster roll maintain , if there is any notification by labour department. you can maintain.
3-Form no 14 is for leave with wages which you can fill up according to format like opening balance current year balance of EL/PL leave availed and deduct from balance and it should be signed by respective employee.
