We have deployed our IT Consultants at one of our client, we give 1.5 days leaves to our consultants but we have signed a contract with our client wherein they only pay us for the number of days worked. Hence, we are losing out on the billing and whenever our consultants take additional leave, not only we losing on 1.5 days but also on the additional days leave availed by our consultants as we are billing the client.
Can anyone let me know how the contract is generally structured in the IT industry with respect to the leaves.
