Hi Good Morning....
Please Help me...
i Want to give a warning letter to a constructon company, because they fail to finish our showroom work on time. i want to ask them that, they have to pay one month rent as penalty....

Dear Shan Abu,
Have you made proper contract with the construction company? If yes, then have you inserted clause on the delay or deficiency in services? If this clause is not inserted or if the contract itself is not made then serving warning letter to the contractor will become inconsequential.
Delay in completion of the work by interior designing companies or construction companies is quite common. Therefore, some delay is condonable.
In view of this, I recommend you writing the warning letter on your own and uploading it here. Some senior like me will correct it.

Recently we have reviewed the progress of the work and we found it incomplete. To give you chance to finish the work, it has been decided to give you 15 more days.
In view of this, we hereby request you to complete the work & handover the key by 15/02/2016. If you fail to do so, showroom rent @ Qr.1666/- per day will be deducted from the balance payment.
