How To I Explain In Interview About Salary Preparation


Hello Everyone,
I am an HR Executive from a Construction company and I am preparing salary statement every month using MS Excel based on employee attendance register around 400 employees .
how to explain in interview about this salary preparation , Can you make any suggestions about this salary process

Just put in words your actual actions in salary preparation. But cross check that each step of yours is in conformity with laws/rules etc Specify time limits,time taken for each step.

You must be having SOP in your company with regards to payroll. During interview you can explain the SOP itself but in bullet points. If you specify the SOP to us then I can create the bullet points for you.
