Hi, can anyone help me with leave policy for IT firm?? its urgent we have to implement it as soon as possible.

You can design and frame the policy as per your firm requirement. It varies from company to company.
Before framing the policy you have to ensure following points are covered.
What is the Eligibility of EL/PL as per the Leave with wages act as per your state and how many EL is the management is willing to offer (Normally it will be 1 EL for every 20 days worked)?
What is the Eligibility of SL as per the Leave with wages act as per your state and how many SL is the management is willing to offer?
What is the Eligibility of CL as per the Leave with wages act as per your state and how many CL is the management is willing to offer?
Plan for who is the approving authority of leaves like HOD/ FH/HR
Plan for who is the Minimum & max leaves for each category
Plan for mode of leave request such as Leave card/any software/leave application/email etc
