Hi,I am working with a company in india. My offer letter had the terms that i have to serve the company for a period of three years, failing which I have to pay 4,00,000 to the company else they will present my cheque of 4,00,000. Many other terms like we will be offered training and all were mentioned in the offer letter but none of the training were offered to me. The company has not collected any cheque from me during joining so i thought there was no service agreement. I resigned the company recently and they have asked me to pay 4,00,000. What should i do and how to proceed?

How long did you serve?
They cannot force you to pay anything as you say no special training etc was conducted.r side of the a
They have not kept up their side of the job offer.
Company is on weak footing because they have not given specialised training etc.
But they can make trouble for release of documentation.
Did you give a written resignation and have they accepted it?
