This is regarding to ensuring the compliance of social security laws (PF, ESI, LWF) while issuing under contract labour (R&A) Act, 1970.As Labour commissioner, Haryana has instructed to all DLC to check compliance under PF, ESI & Labour Welfare Fund before issuing the licence under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act 1970 .For more details refer attached copy.
