If these deductions are legitimate, then nothing can be done.
How much experience have you got or this is your first job??
Professional tax, income tax will be deducted whether they have informed you in advance or not.
How much is the difference between what you heard from Hr and you are actually getting??

Hello,
First of all if you join some organisation, the organisation should to share salary structure in advance. If it's not in the policy of company to share it before, clearly ask about the deductions from salary in written. Now come to ur point , most of the company deduct PF(Employee), ESI(Employee), LWF, PT from Net salary of Employee.

Security deposit is a deduction in the first month only. I don't think it's every month. However, they should have informed you of requirement of security deposit. You have not stated what your you are doing, so I can't comment further.
Food coupons are available to you to redeem against your normal expense. If you do not want it, tell them not to give it to you. I don't think any one makes it compulsory. Generally it saves tax for the individual.
Profession tax is compulsory.
And I don't know what comes in "etc"

For security deposit, you must check the ad for recruitment and the offer/appointment letter issued by the company. If not mentioned in any of the aforesaid documents, that is not correct. However deduction on account of food coupons is immaterial that is issued for subsidised food being supplied by the company to the employees.

Deduction of security deposit in the manner stated is a violation of payment of wages act. If your salary is less than ₹18000 then they are not allowed to deduct that money. If your salary is above that then payment of wages act does not apply.
Coming to your other points - you need to decide whether the take home is acceptable. If not, find and ther job and leave. You can tell your new employer you are leaving as they are not paying what was promised in the appointment letter.

Hello Kruti.Dave,
I am not sure there can be any options other than what Saswata Banerjee mentioned.
And pl learn from this experience.......ASK & don't depend on HR to explain everything. This is NOT to support the concerned HR here........some HR guys get either a sadistic pleasure out of such actions OR just try to pull a fast one on the unsuspecting joinee.
You should have asked for the Salary BREAKUP......which gives you details of all the payments & deductions AND under which Heads.
All the Best.
