Dear All,
I am working on developing a HR policy on flexible working timings.
Request few ideas from experienced and experts.
If anyone is having any draft policy, request you to please share the same. Your support on this will be highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards

Dear Neha,
The Flexiable Working Hours Policy should be designed in such a way that it only only offers flexibility to the individual employee, but also to the company. So if the individuals time are not in line with the people dependent upon them, then the work of the organisation can come to a stand still.
So even while offering the flexiable working hours, one needs to add certain rules, keeping in mind the internal clients (other departments)
for e.g. A accounts person who primarly deals with banks, cannot say that he will work in the evening with the banks are closed as then the organisation will have no real output from that particular person.
So you need to have rules even while being flexiable.
