1. I want to know wheather ESI is applicable to Software Companies ? registered under companies Act.
2. If yes, what is the procedure for employer registration, or same as normal employer registration.

ESI Act is applicable to Software Companies also. The Act is applicable when you have 10 and more employees.
You need to log in to the ESI portal and submit the registration form online. There is no differentiation or term as to normal employer registration and other than normal employer registration.
