I left my previous organization on 4th Oct,2013(DOJ- 06 Feb 2004), after a month I requested to release my gratuity payment as I was getting married, since then I waiting for my payment to be released, I am continuously following up with accounts team some times they says no funds are available some times they ask me to seek permission from other(and they don't answer), I HAVE ALREADY FILLED FORM I AND SUBMIT TO HR DEPARTMENT COPIED TO THE REPORTING MANGER AFTER ONE MONTH IN NOV 2013. Please suggest what can I do know as they are not even replying back to my phone calls and emails?
