I am new to IT as HR. previously i worked in Retail and used Naukri and Timesjob for Retail profiles.
but now i am very confused which one to hire for IT. so please suggest me the best portal for IT Hiring.

For IT profile Use naukri and monster..also do job posting on chethna and freshersworld as these are very good source of IT recruitment. Also shine and careesma can be useful.

As per my 8+ years Experience in both the sectors, I would suggest..
--> Monster : IT requirements (Junior to Top Levels)
--> Naukri : Non-IT requirement, be it any domain and level.
also Firstnaukri is good for entry level positions.
