Could you vote for your best and give reasons of why and why not to buy subscription for a particular portal based on your experience... Your prompt response will be appreciated!

Dear Priyanka,
In my opinion both Naukri and Monster have widespread database. While Monster offers access to international resumes alongwith the license, Naukri offers it at a premium rate.
As regards services, Naukri has located Sales Managers who are accessible all the time and they personally come to meet you to resolve your problems if need arises while Monster is based at Hyderabad and responds to queries over the telaphone.
Moreover, it all depends on the license that you opt for whether you prefer to opt for "n" number of resume views over a specific period or whether you want to access unlimited resume views for specific days for specified period.
The uptime of both the data bases are extremely good. The charges are very competitive provided you get the best deal. Naukri generally is keen in finalising a deal as the Sales Manager meets you till the deal is closed while Monster tries to persuade you over telephone.
As regards quality of resumes, both websites have quality resumes.
I have no idea of jobstreet, as I have not entered into a license with them.
