Hello Ajeet,
Just for your reference
Q What did you like the most/ least about your last job?
A.When you're asked what don't like about your previous job, don't be too negative. The reason is that you don't want the interviewer to think that you'll speak negatively about the new job or the company when you're ready to move on, if you get this job. Rather, it makes sense to talk about yourself and what you're looking for in a new role. SAMPLE ANSWER(REF) I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tired to do community outreach with local organizations.

Dear Ajeet,
There is no best answer to the question that you have asked. The best answer is truth as to why are you looking out for a change. But ensure that money is not the reason that you are looking for a change (may be thats the off shoot of change, but not the reason)
Also focus more on your basic domain knowledge and on the new company knowledge. This will help you to answer the domain questions more comfortably. Check how you are different from others and whats that you shall bring to the table that others can't

Please dont change jobs just for the sake of money... as my learned professionals shared above. Before even going for that interview, find out more about the product, industry, the concerned company. Think of ways and means of adding value to the assignment you are going to be interviewed for. So some prior preparation is always essential for an interview. Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance......Think of ways to connect both the industries. From my point of view Pharma and Nutrition have close association and there are many things in common ie Health.. I do not want to write everything I know of. Better you do some thinking as I have given you some clues to work on. The answer to the question you have posed here, should come from your mind and heart and not from any of us !

Hello Ajeet,

I feel an interviewer would like to hear something positive about change and your attitude towards change shows a lot about your personality. we all know it that it is metamorphosis that ultimately makes a butterfly out of a caterpillar. so change for something you believe in and stands steadfast would be welcomed by most employers as it is a positive sign.

By asking why you are changing the employer wants to know your attitude towards change, so you let them know why you are changing your current job.

The follow up question is normally- why you did not see this change when you joined the earlier organisation? This could be handled by the different things you learned in the current org. which gave way to the present change.

Don't put any negative attribute to the reason for your change eg. I don't like my previous boss or team member etc.

so best wishes ajeet to a wonderful career ahead.
