I have done my International MBA via distance learning with specialisation in HR.
I'am also waiting for my M.Com final results. I have worked in a recruitment firm for 2months so in a way I'am a fresher.
I want to further do some course in HR which can add weightage to my Resume. May be some certificate course to enhance my skills from abroad or outside Mumbai.
Please help me out with some suggestions asap.

You have acquired MBA in HR. You have also done M.Com. What you need now is an experience of working, according to me.
Certain things you will get by experience only and not by any Degree or Diploma, even from BSchool. When you get knowledge by experience, no one will see your certificates of qualification.
My advise, you should join some organization wherein you will get better exposure. Even Consultancy Firm like mine, is a best option. Enhance your knowledge by participating forum like this. This forum is the BEST amongst others. You should have reading habit. Rather you should make it as your passion.
