Hii All, I have 2 years experience in Manufacturing & Automobile Dealership as HR Admin Executive & i have completed my MBA in HR. Currently I have joined one Reputed Contractor Construction company as Site Admin Officer. But i feel that as i work here as site admin so i have to face many problems such police, corporation problems before that i have never faced such problems & duty hours are also more than 12 hours.
I am not understanding the Job profile as i before handling Genralist profile but here i have to handle only police & Corporation issues. Can i change my current job by keeping all those things for my career growth.

Dear Tushar,
Shifting to the Construction contractor was a blunder on your part. Please look forward to the next possible opportunity to change. You may have to explain in the interview to shift to the contractor which be prepared to explain satisfactorily.

Dear Tushar,

You joined a construction company as Admn Executive and simultaneously, you are pursuing MBA -HR course. Now you have completed your course.

I am of the opinion that during the tenure construction business you have gained lot of experience mostly on administrative jobs and to some extent HR activities. So don't regret or upset at this point of time. These experiences will definitely help you from your carrier point of view in future, without saying. It is not a blunder but by virtue of your destiny, you have joined a contraction company.

Please look for a suitable opportunity since you are now qualified MBA in HR. Prepare a modified CV,making it attractive and at the same time learn more about HR to face interview. Remember merely passing MBA will not be the main criteria for getting a job on HR, but your presentation about job knowledge on HR & Admn before the interview board / prospective employer will be important as you will be assessed by them while selecting you.

Be cheerful and try your level best for suitable change for future growth.
