I have been working in a software company since Oct 2007. When I joined the company the no of employees were less(<10). They have not deducted any gratuity from my salary at that time. They started deducting gratuity from my salary since April 2010. I have completed 6 years 10 months. I would like to know if I resign from the company am I eligible for gratuity
