Hi, Can someone help me with the performance review document - annual (self assessment & supervisors assessment) for HR generalist-responsible for all the HR functions.

HR covers wide gamut of activities. The role of HR Generalist depends on the activities handled in your company. In few companies payroll processing, statutory activities are outsourced and in few these are done on its own. Therefore, I recommend you uploading here your Job Description. Measures of performance can be suggested only thereafter.
