All you need to do is adapt that information to your organisation, and put your company specific information into the relevant sections. Every business and organisation is different. What is relevant for one may not be relevant for another.
There must be hundreds of examples of handbooks posted here now, this question is asked over and over again, several times every week. Instead of reinventing the wheel, make your job easy by making use of the valuable information already posted here.
