My Introduction. I am a retired Colonel Indian Army. Leadership is the basis of the high class efficiency of the Indian Army. This is appreciated by all in India and abroad. A number of books on Military leadership exist. You can also get in touch with many retired Armed forces officers and draw out you training programmer.
An army officer is an appointed leader. He persuades the led to such task which may even lead to the death of any one of them. It is a misnomer that we lead because of the strict army discipline and that in case the soldier disobeys he is punished. Punishment is undertaken only when the individual has repeatedly faltered.
Try studying the great battles like Kargil etc. ample leader ship qualities has been demonstrated by the complete hierarchy of the armed forces.
From the military leadership you can draw your teaching for corporate leadership.

For every sector it is to be tailor made, otherwise it won't fit to suit the need of the people that you are imparting the training....like for students it will be different and for the teachers it will also be different...

I am mostly doing self study form ppt and then using it for training after I am adding own examples
based on what I am learning.
I am searching from google and I am getting so many links at first I was becoming confused more and more.
Therefore it is good to make points of what you want and how you learn by yourself to build knowledge to train others.
