People is been asking me for slide -5 two reasons of incorporating the slide - 1 - To break the monotony, 2 - If you give the same task to individual - you will see no of square count will be less. but if you give activity in group - due to group contribution count will increase.

I am working as an HR in a pvt ltd firm but all me new recruits are resigning coz a senior manager is not able to handle a team mates and pressurise them regarding the targets in that case wot can be done.
I have discussed ths case with my directors but the manager is related to them so ????

I loved it.
I am a psychologist, working as a psychometric trainer and OD specialist for a pharma company in bombay. I am looking for a team building questionnaire but couldnt find one. Can i use Transactional Style Inventory and LEAD test to the managers? i guess it should help .. in case you have any material to share, I'd be grateful !!
