Dear All,
I am currently working with another Indian company and I am deputed to Sydney, Australia. I company is doing Background verification and they need experience letter from my previous company ie IBM India. I have provided them with the offer letter and the relieving letter but they say they need experience letter. I don't remember getting them or I may not be having them here. Can anyone on this forum please explain me the process to get this letter. I worked in India during Aug 2000 to Oct 2004. I don't remember any of the friends / colleagues that I woked during this period.

You do nt need any friends , no colleagues. Just write & contact the concerned hr department of your ibm office / location where you were posted. If required send them scanned copies of your doccuments, legaly they are bound to issue you an experience letter , if requested for provided you gave proper resignation, served proper notice period & did proper handover.
