I am working as a HR in Auto Manufacturing company, here have apprenticeship training concept but i don't have any previous experience Please let me know if we take new batch for Apprenticeship training for 01 year basis. What is the procedure and which are the forms need to be filled and which are the documents we need to collect from the candidates.

Here already has taken fixation letter last 6 years back but no one implemented effectively so here is no documents at all, if you have any material reg ATS pls provide me it will be very helpful for me to take further action.

here is two issue
1. ITI apprentices
2. Diploma and above category apprentices
If you required ITI based Apprentices you have to approach Apprentice Adviser Office which is located in your area, , Apprentices for ITI allotted thru survey by the Adviser depends on strength of skill workers in your unit. Ever 7 skilled trade workers one apprentice will be allotted by the Apprentice advisor.
you can approach BOAT for sandwich course and diploma engineers & Graduate Engineers
you find the govt office at meet any persons, they can guide you how to register it.
If you fail to locate the Office inquiry from employment Office or know the address thru surrounding industries HR staff

I want to throw some light on this issue as per my experience,if you want to take apprentice then you can contact with your near ITI,or for higher qualification you can go for diploma holders also.
1. The numbers seats of apprentice is depends upon the ratio with your existing workmen.For example if you appoint Electrician apprentice then the ratio 7:1 means on your 7 existing electrician you have to appoint one electrician apprentice.
2.After that you have to fill up format 1A and send it to your app. advisor,and he gives you contract papers for apprentice contract.
3.You should maintain the attendance register for app.with details of their absent and short leave.
4. Format 2 is used for their weekly performance report with signature of their supervisor.
5.Their is different fixed stipend for different years of apprentice.
