Dear Rakesh....
Now you are looking for opportunity to work...
Don't Look for a particular( Manufacturing) companies to start your career. Prepare your resume effectively with your strengths and upload your resume in all job portals.
Lot of openings you will find. if you get, accept the job offer if it is small company and less salary also. Gain some experience
After that opportunities will be back on you...
All the best.....
Dear Deepa...
Please think before while you add a thread any query, what ever we share has to helpful / encourage to someone not to discourage....

Well, everyone is a fresher before getting experience. May be it becomes harder to get the job as fresher but I would suggest you to check for the openings for fresher only and then apply for the same openings also update your resume on various job portals as fresher along with other asked details. It will sure help you in getting your first job and you can get experience.

So do you believe you can get good work experience with Manufacturing Company?
What was your role and responsibilities with said Construction Company?
As you wished to work with company/industry, then why joined Consultancy?
These things are highlighting what actually bothering you here.
I second, Roopa Nagaraju, you must not look industry specific but a good job that will give you a good experience and professional life but one more thing which have to remember always that until YOU'LL TRY TO LEARN OR INITIATE, you cant get experience or learn anything.
You have worked with a Construction company for almost a year and expressed here that you have not gained any work experience is needed more clarity, please explain it further.
Lastly, you must go for freshers to +1 trainee jobs while keeping in your mind that you have to learn sincerely
