Dear all.
Lat night i got a call from my friend.My Friend has been working in a manufacturing industry as a safety supervisor, Some times the management put him in production jobs like packing etc. His designation his safety supervisor. It is right way the mangement doing the safety person includng in production jobs. Kindly need your valuable suggestion.

If he is been put for more times then I is possible that he is working in privately held organization where is is compelled to production job OR
He might have implicitly / explicitly acceded to do production related job where the Production person may have asked hom to do so OR
Company may be under impression that he is not having suffcient workload then Company might have given this extra workload.
