Now my company forced me to resign and they are not giving me any specific reason ? But telling that we have increasing the manpower. They said if you will not resign then we will terminate you.
Pls. guide me what can I do in such case ? Shall I take some legal action or not ?

Santosh,
There may be different reasons a company would want an employee to resign, however the best way is to always communicate the reason for same...
Drafting resignation is always better than getting terminated as it will have different impact in BGV when you go for next job.
You can actually send a mail to HR -
"I have been communicated by so and so person that a resignation is being expected from me. However I would like to know the reason that the company wishes to end the employee-employer relation with me.
I would like to discuss if something can be done. If it is related to performance, I can assure you that once we discuss and set the clear goals to be achieved by me, I shall not disappoint you.
Kindly share the reasons and oblige."

Rather than post parteming the issue. Advise you to buy some time from company & look out for new job. As HR asked you resignation it is presumed that company do not want your services. Better move on.....!!!
I am sure theny can not termiate your services better buy time & look for job......!!!
Wish you all the success....!!!
