Dear Sir/ mam
I am a 28 year old mother , on child leave for 3 years. I have a work experience of 1 year 11 months with a reputed FMCG company as HR Executive. I now want to get back to work but i feel the 3 years gap is acting as a big hinderance. Is it really a big issue? Are my prospects really meagre as people around tell me. I urgently need your advice on the same. Please help.

Dear Preeti,
You don't need to find any job but find the employer who is looking forward to hire a talent like you. You may appear for uncountable interviews, but unless you meet the employer who would want to hire the professional excellence and stability that you offer, you wont land it.
Enjoy your journey till then. During the interview ask for feedback for why you make it or don't make it to the role. Try and list all the reasons why you are been rejected. It might groom you for the role, thats made for you.
Here's a video of our member who took your path and found the job of her dreams . We know you soon will share a similar wonderful news with us. Wish you all the best !

Dear Preeti,
Have confidence in your self. Study the recent changes to your job profile, like acts, etc.... make sure that you give the confidence to the company that you can do the job. But on the other hand if you doubt yourself, then no one can help you.... so be confident and enjoy till then.
