You need to prepare a profile and can directly start calling and sending mails to hr heads. Then you can spk to them and start fixing appointments. The first thing to be done is-
1.Designing your own recruitment website
2.Making necessary registrations like company pan card,certification of incorporation etc.
3.Make a good PPT presentation of your company profile
Once it is ready on papers then you can start to hunt for HR heads through-
1.Job Portals (For Both HR & Candidates,Look for various positions and try to contact the HR)
2.Effective Presence + Placing adds on HR Websites like
