I have just gotten a new job with a facility management and maintenance Company. It has Sister Companies offering different services too. I have been placed on a 2-week probationary employment after which my performance determines my confirmation.
The assignment I have now is to develop a process flow for every task in the job description for all positions. Its really new to my ability as a new HR Professional. Kindly help me out urgently. I have spent a week out of the two weeks probation period.
I will need process flow doc sample for the job description of a Finance and Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Facility Manager, Business Support Manager, Internal Control Manager, Janitors, IT Consultant.
I will appreciate as much help as you can render urgently. Thank you

Hi! You are in a very difficult situation and need external professional help.

But, because the two week period is a "test" period for your competence, you will have to do things by yourself to prove your skills and competence.

The completion of the project is not the issue. It is the quality or correctness of the outputs that you will produce that will show your higher management whether you are competent for the job or not.

Developing a "process flow" for each job (role or task) in an organization is a difficult and specialized job. And, it takes time to be able to make one due to the analysis and understanding of all the work processes that go with each job. Hence, a two week timeline for you to create all flows for your company is nearly impossible. Even your managers cannot do it in the same timeline.

WHY? Work Process Flow is generally undertaken by companies thru ISO Certification projects. And, highly skilled industrial engineers, management practitioners/ consultants, and organizational auditors normally perform this job. The entire project is generally counted and paid in terms of mandays.
