e.g. if you talk about abseteeism it consist daily/weekly/monthly/yearly/shiftwise/indivual/departmentwise. Like wise i need MIS in following areas.
1. Time Management
2. Manpower (Headcount) Report
3. Salary & Wages
4. Recruitment & Selection
5. Training & Developmeny
If anything is left in list kindly add to my knowledge.
