I was worked in MIRC ELETRONICS LTD as service technician since from April 1996 to march 2003 at chennai branch I approached EPF office for settlement After repeated reminder they settled partial amount Rs 56948 /on 8.6.2004 that is only foam 19 amount .. Actually the original amount was Rs 91790/ than again approach EPF kandivil for foam10c amount since from 2003 but till date the amount was not settled. Mean while I register the grievance in epf web site on 22/2//11 and finally got reply on 17.10.20011 in that reply your official said form 19 has been settled for an amount of Rs.56948/- vide cheque no. 24583 dated 4.12.2003 and for 10C has been settled for an amount of Rs. 34842/- vide cheque no. 136166 dated 19.12.2003. Bank details: SB A/c No. 2147. I am believed they reply myself approach the bank manager of mcc bank and they informed to me till date cheque no136166 was not received by us and they written letter to General Manager SBI MALAD for cheque presented details
Again I registered above mentioned grievance in their web site the no 4.10.12 the register no is SROKN/E/2012/06333 and got email reply from epf official stated that This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number SROKN/E/2012/06332. It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action(s) has been

You are also advised to get the letter duly attested by your ex-employer and also submit cancelled cheque other necessary proof establishing that you are the lawful legitimate claimant. in this situation can i approach cosumer forum for balance amout .and compansation

why should you go for consumer forum they already instructed that you have to submit form 10c once again with live certificate. Instead of going to Consumer forum go for reapplied.
If they will not respond with the reapplication then you think about consumer forum.
