Hello seniors! I have a doubt regarding the accountability of experience of working in a consultancy. I have completed MBA- HR Last year. At that time some people told me that working in a consultancy would not add to my experience in CV. Is it so? Due to some reason I could not try for the job last year. But now after a year I am thinking to start my career in HR field, how should i begin?

You would have start looking at an opportunity as a Fresher. In case, your question is about Placement Consultancy experience, it will not get graet weightage in Corporate side of HR. However, it might be meaningful for Recruitment profile , in a company.
In case, you are indicating experience in a HR Consultancy then it will give good value addition to your CV. I assume then, that in such situation, you would be more than a coordinator.
